This year has been filled with milestones—both personal and professional.
I celebrated my 70th birthday, and Bass Arts Studio marked its 20th anniversary!
To honor these special moments, I’m giving myself the gift of a sabbatical. Classes will be on pause for now—a decision that wasn’t easy, because teaching and sharing art has been such a joy. I will continue working with a few private students on a limited basis, since nurturing creativity is something I’ll always love.
I want to thank my wonderful students and community. You’ve made the past 20 years so meaningful, and I will truly miss our time together. This pause is simply a chance to reset, recharge, and focus on my painting practice.
